Kaci Paker

Owner, Director, Head Instructor

Kaci Parker began dancing at the age of six in Ozark, Missouri. In 2016, Kaci started training pre-professionally. At the age of 16, Kaci joined Petra Ballet’s professional company and toured nationwide with them until she left the company in 2021. Kaci has received extensive training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and Irish dancing. During her high school years, Kaci completed multiple levels of Cecchetti examinations, receiving excellent scores with each exam. Kaci began teaching dance in 2020, and that is where she found her passion for educating the next generation of dancers. Kaci has experience teaching ages 2-18. In 2021, Kaci began choreographing and directing competition teams, and has since choreographed many award winning solos, group routines, and productions. In 2022, Kaci began directing a recreational dance program at the Ozark Community Center. Kaci graduated in 2024 with a degree in business and education. Kaci holds a certificate of Performing Arts Industry and Business from the prestigious New York University. In June of 2024, she opened the doors to Parker Dance Collective where she remains the owner, director, and head instructor.

kaylee williams

Competition Company Choreographer, Recreational Instructor

Kaylee Williams started dancing when she was four years old in Ozark Missouri and dedicated fourteen years of her life to dance.  She has trained in all styles of dance: Hip Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, Musical Theater, and Ballet, but she found a passion in Hip Hop and Tap. Kaylee started dancing competitively in 2021 and competed in Jazz, Contemporary, and Musical Theater numbers. She continued dancing on the senior competition team through the 2023 season, competing in two small groups, and Musical Theater production, and a Hip Hop duet. Kaylee has won multiple awards for her participation in the small group and production pieces, and won the highest adjudication, Double Diamond, for her Hip Hop duet during the 2023 season. Kaylee attended one competition during the 2024 season, where she took home the highest adjudication award and first overall for a Hip Hop duet. During her high school years, Kaylee gained experience in both assisting and teaching classes in her specialty, Tap and Hip Hop. Kaylee is a 2024 graduate of Sparta High School, where she ended her academic career with a GPA of 4.37. She is choosing to pursue a Master's Degree at Missouri State University in Cellular and Molecular Biology, to achieve her passion of being a Geneticist. Kaylee is a very fun, loving, and outgoing individual, who loves to meet new people. She has always displayed a passion for dance, and is excited to teach at Parker Dance Collective!

Liberty Oliver

Recreational Instructor

Liberty Oliver started dancing at the age of 9 in Holmen, Wisconsin. She started ballet, jazz, and lyrical training at Misty’s Dance Unlimited in 2015. In 2020, Liberty moved to Ozark, Missouri and began dancing under Kaci Parker. Liberty has received immense training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. Throughout Liberty’s High School career, she has successfully competed with two teams, and is currently competing with Parker Dance Collective’s All Stars team! Liberty has had three years of co-teaching experience, and is now teaching beginning ballet and tap classes for PDC. At the age of 17, Liberty is currently training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary and continues to compete!

Office Manager, Studio Dance Mom

Drawing on her years of experience managing offices as well as dancers, Christi is available for all your technical (and your dance mom) questions. Christi has been involved in the dance world many years and has a passion for seeing young dancers grow and shine on stage!
